What are the requirements for an Egypt visa for Icelandic citizens?
First and foremost, it's important to note that Iceland is one of the many countries whose citizens are eligible for e-visas to Egypt. This means that you can apply for your visa online, rather than having to visit an embassy or consulate in person. To do so, simply visit the Egypt Immigration Services website and follow the instructions provided.
There are some supporting documents Icelandic citizens should prepare before applying for an Egypt tourist eVisa:
- Passport - it must be valid and valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry into Egypt. You must scan the information page of your passport.
- The passport need to have at least 2 blank pages for stamping.
- Digital passport photo - The photo should be taken most recently
- An email address - After being issued by the Government, the eVisa will be sent to this email address in PDF format.
- Payment can be made by debit or credit card.
