How can Latvian citizens apply for an Egyptian tourist visa?
Latvian citizens can apply for an Egyptian tourist visa in two ways:
1. Online e-Visa
The online e-visa is the simplest and most convenient way to apply for an Egyptian tourist visa. To apply, you will need to create an account on the Egypt Immigration Services website and provide the following information:
- Passport details
- Travel dates
- Personal information (name, date of birth, nationality, etc.)
- Contact information (email address, phone number, etc.)
- You will also need to upload a digital copy of your passport photo and pay the visa fee.
Once you have submitted your application, it will be processed within 3 working days. Therefore, you need to apply 7 days in advance. If your application is approved, you will receive your e-visa by email. You can then print out your e-visa and present it to the immigration officer upon arrival in Egypt.
2. Visa application at the Egyptian Embassy or Consulate
If you cannot apply for an e-visa, you can apply for a visa at the Egyptian Embassy or Consulate in your home country.
